  • Can I change my order information, or delivery addressed after placing my order?

Once an order is confirmed, all information and delivery details cannot be changed.

  • How do I make payments?

We accept online payment in a secure environment by both debit and credit card. We currently only accept Visa and MasterCard.

All transactions are shown in Singapore Dollar (SGD). All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication.

  • When will I receive my order?

We will provide you a delivery notice by email with shipping details to your email address as in your registered user account. Your products will be sent out within 14 days after your order is placed. (Note: Pre-order items will be sent out after a specific period.) We will use our best endeavours to ensure on-time delivery, however certain logistics delays may not be within our control.  

Shipments will be handled by a third party. You may refer to the tracking number in the delivery notification email and check the status of your shipment by visiting the courier service's official website.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

Ordered items and quantities cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is confirmed. 

For any incorrect order due to problems with our information or system, you may contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

  • Can I exchange defected products?

Sure! You can contact our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number. Kindly take photos and videos of  the product damages and defects to request for an exchange. Once the exchange is approved, we will arrange delivery of a replacement product and pick up of the imperfect item.  The item should be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging.

All returning products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging.
